The Old School Bar & Kitchen, Mount Hawke rank #42nd in the Top 50 UK Gastro Pubs for 2016
The ceremony was hosted on Monday 25th January by the two Michelin-starred chef Tom Kerridge.
The Old School Bar & Kitchen are included in the UK’s Top with a final ranking of 42nd, rising from #48 in 2015 to #42 in 2016.
The awards are the leading event for the premium end of the UK food-led pub trade and are based on the results of a poll of top experts. The top 50 listing is compiled by their academy panel which is made up of industry experts.
The ranking represents a marked improvement on 2015 (six places higher) and presents outstanding recognition by industry renowned awards that champion the great and the good of the UK’s food and drink industry.
